The ANC has come out in defense of Cooperative Governance Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma for what it calls continuous attacks against her.
This comes after media reports allege that Dlamini-Zuma is pushing for tobacco and alcohol to only be allowed at Level 1 lockdown.
President Cyril Ramaphosa said the lockdown would be eased at the end of the month to allow more businesses to reopen.
Dlamini-Zuma is being criticised for her alleged stance, with some calling for her resignation.
