MEC Lindiwe Ntshalintshali has joined the Arts fraternity in mourning the death of Stimela member, Isaac Mtshali popularly known as “Bro Mnca”.
“Like many South Africans, I learnt with shock at the news that Isaac Mtshali has died. Mtshali departs at a time when the Department of Culture, Sport and Recreation is preparing to pay tribute to the late Ray Phiri in September. Stimela is booked to perform there. On behalf of the Department of Culture, Sport and Recreation I want to pass my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends. Our prayers and thoughts are with those who were touched by Mtshali at this difficult time.”
